A newer command of a coalesced type from the same session replaced it in the tick's batch before any system read it.

Malformed = 3

The message did not decode.

RateLimited = 2

The session was past its command rate.

RealmChanged = 4

The command was built in a realm its session has since left.

Rejected = 5

The transport refused it (rejected, forbidden, an invalid region, or an application reason).

RingFull = 1

The session's ingress ring was full.
